Suitable for plasticizer - and wax-free polyurethanes and other substrate surfaces, not suitable for epoxy surfaces with high plasticizer and solvent content.
The BF WPU series of color paint and matte finish paint are prepared with aliphatic waterborne polyurethane resin and curing agent from Covestro, which has the characteristics of high hardness, scratch resistance, water washing resistance, easy cleaning, stain resistance and non-yellowing. BF WPU series waterborne polyurethane products do not contain any toxic solvent, the curing agent is 100% solid containing products, does not damage the emulsification performance, is a high quality and safe waterborne paint products.
1、Construction conditions: the relative humidity of the air is below 55%, and the ground temperature and air temperature are 0~35℃. If the temperature is lower than 0℃, construction should be avoided.
2、Material mixing: During storage, component A may be slightly precipitated, and component A should be fully stirred before mixing; The A/B components are mixed proportionally and electrically stirred for 2-3min until uniform.
3、Construction method: roller coating/spraying.
4、Reference amount: Water-based finish roller coating amount 0.05~ 0.1kg /㎡, water-based color paint roller coating amount 0.075~0.15kg/㎡
